Keep Rental Properties Crime Free
Written by Crime Content Coordinator

There are proven methods for reducing crime in rental properties. Rental property owners and managers have a great deal of control over who rents their units. They have to exercise this control in a fair but firm manner, to reduce crime in their rental properties. Neighborhood leaders should support their rental property owners in keeping crime to a minimum.
