Written by Physical Environment Content Coordinator

"The Independent Rental Owners Council is a member-drive group within the Arizona Multihousing Association whose purpose is to educate, support and encourage the small property investor. Through monthly meetings and group networking, the Council offers information and resources for the efficient, profitable and successful operation and management of our members' rental investment property.

Manage Your Investments Successfully

Managing your properties professionally is vital to the success of your investment. And now, more than ever, knowledge gives every business owner an edge. But, where do you get the information to manage your rental properly?

Finding the Missing Pieces

To provide you, the independent real estate investor, with the information to succeed, the Arizona Multihousing Association created IROC. IROC supports individual investors who generally derive their primary income from other sources and are not real estate professionals. For this reason, IROC understands your unique needs.

How Does IROC Help Me?

IROC is an organization that delivers clear, concise information to help you become more profitable, efficient and legally compliant.

As a member of IROC you belong to AMA, a statewide trade association that supports the apartment industry in Arizona and is an affiliate of the National Apartment Association (NAA). Together these organizations work to support landlords across the country through lobbying efforts, educational classes and valuable benefits.

What Do I Get?

IROC provides practical information about managing your investments, maintaining your properties and complying with Arizona state law and municipal ordinances."   More information . . .
