As Pima County property values decline, it might be good to consider whether freezing the Full Cash Value at a low level makes sense for some senior residents. Here is more information on the Pima County Senior Property Valuation Protection program.

Information about the Pima County Widow/Widower Property Tax Exemption for properties of lower value is available here .  Each year, there is a deadline for filing of February 28.

A property tax credit may be available to low income seniors using Arizona Department of Revenue Form 140PTC.  More information is available here.
